The packaging was sturdy overall and everything showed up mostly fine, but one of the corners was dented when it arrived. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged. Just a heads up for anyone ordering these: give the box a quick check when it gets delivered, especially around the corners

I ran into an issue and reached out to support. To be fair, things weren’t perfect at first, but they took the time to look into it and got it sorted for me. I appreciate that they followed through and made it right.

I ordered some custom packaging from lumi.com and, i was mostly just hoping they’d pay attention to the details and do the job the right way.
The sizes, print, and quantities all matched what I submitted. Nothing was missing, nothing was changed without me knowing, and it was nice to feel like someone actually cared enough to get it right.
Overall, it was a simple and fair experience. I got exactly what I paid for, which really shouldn’t be too much to ask, and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

The colors came out a little duller than I expected, because apparently my design decided to take a quiet vacation from looking vibrant. I sent over my messy dielines and, umm, the design team was super helpful. They came back with clear notes and fixed a few things I totally missed. Replies were quick enough, and there wasn’t a ton of back and forth, which I really appreciated. It made the whole packaging part feel way less stressful.

I ordered a handful of samples from Lumi because I didn’t totally trust myself to pick from the screen alone. Glad I did, honestly. The colors and the feel of the materials were close to what I expected from the website, which made the whole “okay, can I actually order more of this?” decision way easier.
